Complaints Procedure
At Rebalanced me with Mena, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for your coaching and counselling journey. However, if you feel that my services have not met your expectations or you have concerns about ethical conduct, I take these matters seriously.
As a registered coach with the LVSC (Dutch Association for Supervision and Coaching), I adhere to their professional code of ethics. If you wish to file a complaint, you may follow the official procedure outlined by LVSC.
How to File a Complaint
Direct Communication:
If you have a concern, I encourage you to first contact me directly. Open communication is often the quickest and most effective way to resolve any misunderstandings.Formal Complaint:
Should you wish to escalate the matter, you can submit a formal complaint to LVSC. The LVSC provides a clear process for handling complaints, ensuring fairness and transparency for both parties.Third-Party Review:
Your complaint will be assessed by an independent complaints committee as outlined in the LVSC Complaints Procedure.
Disputes must be submitted to LVSC within one month of notifying Rebalanced Me with Mena about the complaint.
