What is the difference between coaching, counselling, and therapy?
Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you set goals and create actionable steps for growth. Counseling offers support to process emotions, manage stress, and build resilience. Therapy addresses deeper mental health concerns and unresolved issues, often involving diagnosis and treatment.
If you’re unsure which is right for you, let’s discuss your needs during the free intro session!
